MilLiberty – Episode 18: Does the Constitution Only Apply to U.S. Citizens?

Conservatives on the right and the liberals on the left each have an inherent problem in their philosophies. Both right and left have a fundamental misunderstanding of natural rights and the U.S. Constitution. The question is whether the constitution only applies to citizens of the United States or not. Many on either side will attempt to claim otherwise. The simple fact is that the constitution protects natural human rights, not “American” rights. Thus, it’s protections aren’t only limited to citizens, but to all those within U.S. jurisdiction.

Caleb covers this constitutional issue, brought up in wake of Trump’s travel ban, on this week’s MilLiberty.
